The Expert Line demo setup include the inverted Olympus IX83 microscope (fully automated, with bright light and epifluorescence options, autofocus unit for continuous STED and confocal imaging), for excitation lines (640 nm/ 561 nm / 485 nm / 405 nm (cw)), two STED lines (595 nm / 775 nm). The system allow record images with superior resolution (up to 75 nm x 75 nm x 75 nm) in the 3rd dimension by easy 3D STED.
